Free vs Paid Plan
DBEverywhere has two plans: Free and Paid. There are no team plans or shared features. It's per-user billing only.

| Static IP for whitelisting | Yes | Yes |
Free Plan
The free plan gives you unlimited sessions, each with a 15-minute timeout. You get full access to phpMyAdmin and Adminer for all supported database engines, and you whitelist the same static IP as paid users. There is no monthly cap and no idle timeout: a session simply ends 15 minutes after it starts.
That's enough for a quick check, a one-off query, or an export. When a session ends you can start another one right away, but you enter your connection details again each time.
Paid Plan — $5/month
The paid plan extends the session timeout to 8 hours and adds:
- Saved connections — store your database details (host, port, database name, username, and optionally the password) so you can reconnect in one click from the dashboard.
- Encrypted credential storage — anything you choose to save is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
How to Upgrade
- Go to the Account page.
- Click Upgrade.
- Complete checkout through Stripe.
Your plan upgrades immediately. Your next session runs for 8 hours and you can start saving connections right away.
What Happens at the 15-Minute Limit
Three minutes before a free session ends, a banner appears in the session bar. When the timer reaches zero you're taken back to the dashboard. Your database is not affected, but anything typed into phpMyAdmin or Adminer and not yet run is lost, so copy long queries somewhere safe first.
