How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your DBEverywhere subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

How to Cancel

Go to the Account page.
Click Manage Subscription. This takes you to the Stripe billing portal.
In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan or Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your account immediately reverts to the free plan.
Your session timeout drops to 15 minutes. Sessions stay unlimited.
Your saved connections are hidden, not deleted. They stay encrypted in our database and reappear on your dashboard if you re-subscribe.
Any active sessions continue until they expire, but new sessions follow free tier limits.

Can I Re-Subscribe Later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to the paid plan anytime from the Account page. You'll go through Stripe checkout again. Your saved connections won't be restored (they were deleted on cancellation), but you can create new ones.

Billing Questions

All billing is handled through Stripe. From the Stripe billing portal, you can:

View past invoices
Update your payment method
Download receipts
