IP Whitelisting

Whitelist our IP,
connect from anywhere

DBEverywhere connects to your database from a single static IP address. Add it to your database firewall once, and you can manage your database from any browser, any device, any network.

DBEverywhere Static IP

x.x.x.x

Add this IP to your database's trusted sources / firewall allow list.

How it works

Most managed databases block all connections by default and require you to whitelist specific IP addresses. Normally this is painful — your IP changes when you switch networks, use a VPN, or work from a different location.

With DBEverywhere, all connections to your database come from our static IP. You whitelist it once. Then you can access your database from anywhere — your office, a coffee shop, your phone — because the connection always originates from the same address.

Revoking access

If you ever want to stop DBEverywhere from accessing your database, remove x.x.x.x from your firewall's allow list. It takes effect immediately.

Unlike a desktop tool where credentials could persist on a compromised machine, with IP whitelisting you have a single, centralized point of access that you fully control.
