Frequently asked questions
What's included in the free plan?
Unlimited database sessions with a 15-minute timeout each. You get full access to phpMyAdmin and Adminer for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and all other supported databases, and the same static IP to whitelist as paid users. Sessions are capped at 15 minutes to keep our servers responsive for everyone. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your saved connections will still be there if you re-subscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
Do you store my database password?
Not by default. Your credentials are held in memory during your session and wiped when it ends. Paid users can optionally save connections — those credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. See our security page for details.
What databases are supported?
MySQL and MariaDB via phpMyAdmin. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite, MS SQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch via Adminer. If Adminer supports it, so do we.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
Not right now. It's $5/month per user, same plan for everyone. If you need something specific for your team, reach out and we'll figure it out.
